Site Clearance for Upcoming Infrastructure Works
Essex Tree Brothers was enlisted by Inland Homes, a specialist housebuilder and brownfield developer based in the Basildon area, to carry out a site clearance for their upcoming infrastructure works. Recognised for their exceptional workmanship and adherence with ecological guidelines, Essex Tree Brothers proved to be an ideal partner for this project.
The project involved the removal of a section of trees and vegetation to create space for future development. Additionally, a new pond was constructed to assist with drainage. The site clearance was conducted with an ecologist present to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and mitigate potential disruptions to nesting birds.
Planning and execution: On-site assessment and efficient site clearance
We collaborated with Inland Homes and their project team to conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment. This assessment involved evaluating the project’s requirements, including the size, density, and location of the trees and vegetation to be cleared.
Our team used highly efficient techniques to carry out the removal of trees and vegetation, utilising state-of-the-art machinery to minimise the impact on the environment. Our team implemented proper waste management practices to ensure the responsible disposal or recycling of green waste. Essex Tree Brothers assisted with the construction of the new pond, carefully planning its design to ensure effective drainage for the future development site.
Inland Homes are very happy with the completed work thanks to our quick turnaround and commitment to quality and sustainability. The partnership between Essex Tree Brothers and Inland’s Homes resulted in a successful project.
