COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

At Essex Tree Brothers we pride ourselves in providing a high quality service to all our customers.

We aim to meet the expectations of our customers but in the unlikely event you are not happy and wish to make a complaint you can do so within 6 months from when the work was carried out. When we receive your complaint we will send you confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your complaint within 7 days.
We will then investigate your complaint and contact you to discuss and resolve the issue.
